Care Coordination

Getting answers is only one part of the process. We also help you to share your results with other treatment providers.  We provide results to doctors and therapists (only with your permission), both by faxing your report and offering phone consultations with others as needed. We can help develop plans for school and attend educational meetings (e.g., IEP/504).  We also can provide local resources that work with your insurance so you can continue your treatment.

Consultation

Consultations

In cases where testing may not be needed, but treatment planning and guidance is requested. Consultations can range in complexity, though typically entail an hour meeting with the doctor, record review and data collection if needed, and then a follow-up with the doctor to discuss conclusions.
