Anthony Tucci, Ph.D.

Clinical Supervising Neuropsychologist and Practice Founder

Dr. Anthony Tucci founded Piece By Piece: Neurobehavioral Services, creating a practice that serves the community by providing efficient services tailored to individuals and families. With assistance and support of his brilliant team, he also has developed a training program at Piece by Piece to train students and doctors in neuropsychology and clinical psychology with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, knowledge acquisition, and integrated conceptualization.  


Dr. Tucci completed his internship in community mental health services, multi-theoretical intervention across the lifespan, consultation with foster care agencies, student advocacy within schools, and neuropsychological assessment. He earned his Doctorate from Northern Illinois University and then completed his 4000 hour post-doctoral fellowship with Thomson Memory Center, attaining specific and specialized training in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation and continued on as a Clinical Supervisor.


Dr. Tucci moved on to found Piece By Piece: Neurobehavioral Services in 2021 to share his expertise in examining learning disorders, behavioral problems, communication impairments, autism, traumatic brain injuries, genetic disorders, cerebrovascular changes, neurodegenerative processes, and emotional difficulties with the community. Dr. Tucci grew up in Chicago’s western suburbs and enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, and spending time with his children.

Amina Homeidan, Psy.D.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinical Neuropsychologist & Clinical Supervisor

Dr. Amina Homeidan received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University, with a concentration in Clinical Neuropsychology. She completed her internship at the Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Michigan and postdoctoral fellowship at Thomson Memory & Attention. Her clinical training has given her the opportunity to provide services to individuals across the lifespan and with various neurodevelopmental, neurological, medical, and psychiatric conditions. Her clinical interests include neurodegenerative disorders in the older adult population, neurological conditions across the lifespan, and the effects of cultural characteristics in neuropsychology. She was raised in Miami, FL and is proficient in both English and Spanish. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies and documentaries, traveling, and cooking.

Stefan LaTulip, Ph.D.

Clinical Supervising Neuropsychologist

Dr. Stefan LaTulip has joined Piece By Piece: Neurobehavioral Services as a Clinical Neuropsychologist! He completed his 2-year fellowship at Thomson Memory Center, under the supervision of Dr. Tucci.  He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology following his APA accredited internship at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System.  His training allowed him to gain substantial experience working in a wide range of settings including hospitals, public schools, trauma centers, and Veterans Affairs healthcare organizations. He has extensive training providing evidence-based therapy and conducting neuropsychological evaluations with children, adolescents, adults, and elders.  Given his broad training across settings, pathology, and age groups, he is able to flexibly adapt his style to meet the unique needs of each individual patient. He enjoys consuming and conducting research, and uses his research knowledge to inform his testing, interpretation, conceptualization, and recommendations.   Dr. LaTulip has particular interests in psychometrics, performance and symptom validity, and assessment of personality and psychopathology. In his spare time, Dr. LaTulip enjoys watching sports on TV (specifically Michigan State University Football and Basketball, Go Green!), reading, going to museums, and spending time with his family and friends.

Eisha Vora, Psy.D.

Clinical Neuropsychology Fellow

Dr. Eisha Vora received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University, concentrating in Neuropsychology. She completed an APA-accredited internship at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health where she provided therapy and testing for patients for the inpatient acute units as well as clients within the Eating Disorder Partial Hospitalization Program. She also simultaneously completed her MS degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and continues to expand her knowledge to gain a deeper understanding between the pharmacological, biological, and psychological realms. Dr. Vora aims to build and maintain long lasting relationships with all her clientele through dedication and passion into each aspect within her working environment. In her free time, she enjoys acting, modeling, cooking, and dancing. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially in the form of traveling. 

Amanda Jack, Psy.D.

Clinical Neuropsychology Fellow

Dr. Amanda Jack earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, concentrating in neuropsychology. She currently sees children, adolescents, and adults at Piece By Piece. She specializes in neuropsychological and psychological assessment across the life span. Her clinical interests include working with children and families of complex medical backgrounds and neurological conditions. She is currently completing a two-year neuropsychology fellowship with patients across the lifespan in the private practice setting with a focus on autism and how it presents in females. Dr. Jack has clinical experience in academic medical settings as well as private practice and community mental health. She has experience working with patients across the lifespan with a particular interest in providing culturally informed services with a patient-centered focus.  Dr. Jack was born and raised in the Republic of South Africa where she earned her BA in History and English and worked as a schoolteacher for 15 years. She immigrated to the USA in 2006 and completed a BS in Psychology at Utah Valley University, and an MS in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.

Shana Muslin, Ph.D.

Clinical Neuropsychology

Dr. Shana Muslin earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology from Palo Alto University in Palo Alto, CA. She completed an APA-accredited internship at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital where she provided inpatient and outpatient neuropsychological services for acute and rehabilitation patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and various neurological conditions. She also has completed a specialized training providing pre and post surgical and deep brain stimulation neuropsychological evaluations and providing therapy for older adults.  She continued on to complete a two year neuropsychology fellowship with patients across the lifespan in the private practice setting with a focus on ADHD and dementia. Dr. Muslin has clinical experience in academic medical settings as well as acute, rehabilitation, private practice and community mental health. She focuses on working with patients ages 16 and up with a particular interest in providing culturally informed services with a patient-centered focus.

Tiana Lewis, Psy.D.

Clinical Neuropsychology Fellow

Dr. Tiana Lewis received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College through the School of Psychology, Counseling, and Family Therapy, concentrating in neuropsychology. She currently sees children, adolescents, and adults at Piece By Piece. She specializes in neuropsychological and psychological assessment across the life span and is certified in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her clinical interests include working with children and families of complex medical backgrounds such as craniosynostosis, hydrocephalus, muscular dystrophy, and a myriad of other conditions. Previously, Dr. Lewis earned her B.A. from Wayne State University. She has worked at Missouri Health Sciences and Psychology Consortium, Rush Neurobehavioral Center, Advocate Hospital Behavioral Services, and Will County Health Department.


Dr. Lewis strives to create a warm and welcoming environment, working collaboratively with patients and their families to meet their needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and gardening.

Sherita Durden, Psy.D.

Clinical Neuropsychology Fellow

Sherita Durden joined Piece by Piece: Neurobehavioral Services as a psychometrician and has now become a postdoctoral fellow working towards broad certification in neuropsychology. She earned a BS degree from the University of Central Arkansas. She completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She trained as an intern at the Missouri Health Sciences and Psychology Consortium with rotations in Adult and Pediatric Neuropsychology as well as Pediatric Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her professional interests include neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan.

Christie Lauch, Psy.D.

Clinical Neuropsychology Fellow


Dr. Christie Lauch received her Doctorate of Psychology in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. She currently sees children, adolescents, and adults at Piece by Piece. She also specializes in the neuropsychological and psychological assessment of older adults. Her clinical interests include working with low socio-economic families and expanding access for rural mental health. Previously, Dr. Lauch earned her M.S. from Chatham University and her B.S. from Slippery Rock University. Dr. Lauch is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. She also worked at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital for seven years providing crisis mental health services to rural communities. Dr. Lauch completed her APA-accredited internship at the VA Maine Healthcare system with rotations in Adult Neuropsychology, Geropsychology, and General Mental Health and with an emphasis on serving the LGBTQ+
community. In her free time Christie enjoys scrapbooking, reading, spending time with her Australian Shepherds a
nd watching the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team.

John Bajorek MA

Advanced Therapy Extern

John Bajorek joined Piece by Piece as an advanced graduate student to provide individual therapy and group therapy to children and adults. He received a BS in Psychology from Madonna University, and a MA in Clinical Psychology from Adler University where he is pursuing his Psy.D. degree. He has extensive experience working in a range of settings with diverse populations as well as individuals resistant to treatment. He specializes in facilitating group therapy as well as creating a warm and open space in his individual therapy sessions. John's clinical interests include examining causes of misdiagnosis which will be the focus of his dissertation. In his free time, he enjoys walking around his neighborhood, videogames, and working on his computer.

Our psychometricians work hard to provide optimal client-care for patients and families. The psychometrician staff are professionally trained to administer neuropsychological tests independently with patients of all ages. Each technician is under the supervision of an attending neuropsychologist. Once tests have been administered, psychometricians send all data to the appropriate clinical neuropsychologist for review and interpretation.
